Sr. Director of Infrastructure in West Des Moines, IA

Our client is hiring a Sr Director of Infrastructure immediately. The Sr. Director, Infrastructure will be responsible for leading the infrastructure operations and driving business strategy and policy across the organization. This individual provides the tactical and strategic leadership for the server and storage infrastructure. As a senior-level technology leader with a focus on service delivery, this position works to provide a secure, compliant, robust, reliable, scalable and efficient infrastructure and will direct infrastructure support strategy and operations. This person will have management responsibility for infrastructure support governance, including the oversight and direction of any outsourced providers for managing the Data Center(s), cloud computing services; server and storage capabilities. This person will have wide accountability to ensure that all services meet exacting levels of customer service, that these platforms are efficiently utilized and that the cost to operate and support the platforms aligns with group and business expectations. This person will be responsible to ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met for all platforms (to include, but not be limited to PCI, SOX, local and regional security and compliance regulations, etc.). This person will oversee the day to day support of all production platforms within the supported data centers with a focus on high availability.Specific Responsibilities
